Google Search Now Supports Home Activities Structured Data

The primary use for home activities structured data is the activities that you do when you are home, such as participating in online events and watching videos. Recently, Google has added search developer documentation for this type of structured data.

With this, the rich results that users are given will include more detail on the video or online class that is being offered. These details include how to watch or register the event and a description of it.

According to Google, home activity rich results are available in English and in the US only for the time being and is showing up for fitness searches.

You are able to add the markup to your videos or events.
