Thanks to the pandemic, they way that people interact with each other has definitely changed over the years. We’re seeing less face to face discussions, an increase in online connections, more people working from home, etc.
No matter how much we try getting back to normal, I don’t think we’ll ever truly get back to where we were prior to March of 2020, the start of the pandemic.
The result of the pandemic has uncovered new, permanent trend shifts where brands have to figure out a way that they can connect with their audiences, customers and clients, as well as all of the other things users have to go through in order to connect in this different world.
Meta released a three part research report where they explored ‘how the demand for deeper human connection has sparked a profound reset in our relationships’.
