Verint Systems, a customer engagement platform, will expand its existing partnership with Adobe, which will let Verint customers combine their experience data from Verint Experience Cloud with data from the Adobe Experience Platform. By joining this data together, marketers will have more streamlined access to customer insights, which is an important element to delivering better customer engagement.
This partnership lets companies identify, analyze and act on “experience drivers” that are critical to meeting and anticipating customer needs, says Brian Koma, Verint’s vice president of experience management, partnerships and alliance.
The Verint Experience Cloud captures direct, indirect and inferred voice of the customer feedback from different marketing channels through an automated analytics engine.
“We want the integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud to be as actionable as possible, driving a deeper understanding of the intersection of customer attitudes and behaviors and how they can drive experiences that build loyalty,” said John Bourne, senior vice president of global channels and alliances at Verint.
